Mineral oil
Proven oil for enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication.
Choose it when:

Synthetic oil
Synthetic oil for tougher conditions: frost, hot plants and heavily loaded, hardened teeth.
Choose it when:

Special synthetic oil
Very high viscosity synthetic for low-speed gears and bearings under heavy load.
Choose it when:
Not sure which viscosity to choose? Check the gearbox nameplate. Ask an expert.

The manual interval is a starting point. Analysis shows whether the oil still has the right viscosity, whether it is oxidizing and whether there is water or metal particles in the gearbox. You change oil when needed — not too early, not too late. Order from OlejeSklep: industrial gear oil analysis. How oil analysis works

“Send me a photo of the nameplate or the name of the oil you use. I will tell you which oil fits your gearbox and whether switching to synthetic is worth it.”

The oils are compatible, but mineral oil residue reduces the synthetic’s properties. The manufacturer recommends cleaning and flushing the system before the change. We will help plan it.
Not always. The same ISO VG grade does not mean the same base oil, additives or gearbox maker approvals. We match the equivalent to the machine requirements.
A photo of the nameplate or the gearbox maker and model is enough. The name of your current oil also helps. We will settle the rest in a call.
The machine manual is the starting point. Sample analysis tells you most reliably: viscosity, oxidation, water and wear metals show whether the oil can keep working.
